Call The PC Guy, LLC is locally owned and was founded in August 2003 in our owner’s garage with only one other technician, and focused mainly on the everyday computer operator. Since then we've continually doubled our client base and expanded our services to encompass In Office support as well as On Site service calls and even remote support. The days of lugging your computer to our office are over! We now cater to residential clients as well as small to medium size businesses with 1-100 employees and even offer monthly maintenance at your choice of 3 service levels; Monitoring, Silver and Gold. Our office is conveniently located in North Raleigh on Six Forks road with a very customer friendly location. Call The PC Guy consists of our Owner, Ted Creekmore, 2 full time service technicians and a Office Administrator. We pride ourselves on not only customer service but also patience and friendliness. Our staff knows how important your computer is to you, and we have an amazing turnaround time for In Office support, usually 24 to 48 hours! We don’t want you to ever walk away not understanding your computer and will always take the time to teach you. We know not everyone is a computer whiz, and we’re here to help! Tony been with our company for two years and has been working with computers for almost eight years now! You could say he has an incredible knowledge base in both hardware and software repair and can do mechanical replacement and reconstruction. In his downtime he’s always learning, searching and discovering new information and tid bits about computers and programs. He has experience in all Windows operating systems as well as Mac and Linux and is Dell Certified. Tony worked at a similar local company before joining our team and we couldn’t be happier! On a personal note, Tony grew up in nearby South Carolina and would like you to support the Boston Terrier Rescue of NC.

Eric has been with our company since 2007. His is originally from upstate New York. He has a great personality and the patience to listen and solve any kind of issue. He has a strong background on all Microsoft operating systems including Windows server 2008. He is primary responsibilities is to our business clients. However, he loves to run residential calls as well.
