Just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the service Eric provided. I was pretty desperate when I called for help, as I was in the middle of a job search when I lost my internet connection. Despite the fact that the reason I couldn't connect was a stupid mistake on my part, Eric responded within an hour and a half, got me up and running, and gave me a lot of valuable information. He was even kind enough not to mention how stupid I was!
