Server Data Protection

Create a data protection plan, as part of the Call The PC Guy pre-requisites project, to keep your data safe.
NOTE: If a data protection plan has not been created or is out of date, you will be asked to pay for the creation of this plan.  A current data protection plan is an integral part of protecting your corporate data.

 

Back up selected folders to an on-site data store using one or more backup applications to one or more backup media.

Verify the server's on-site data folder image.

Fixed Monthly Investment

You’ll be able to budget for network support just like rent or insurance. Wouldn’t it be nice to avoid unexpected costs for fixing or restoring your network? Now you can. Call The PC Guy plans are offered in monthly, quarterly and yearly investments to fit your schedule.

 

Preferred Business Rates

You’ll feel as though you have an in-house IT department--without the costs. As a network maintenance customer, you’ll have access to a knowledgeable support staff that can be reached immediately should you have any kind of problem or question at preferred rates! Normal business rates are $125 per hour, however if you have an issue outside the regular maintenance, then the hourly rate is reduced to $100 per hour.

Do you have a quick question? No Problem. We will not nickel and dime you for every minute. If we can resolve or answer any question less than 15 Minutes, there is no charge.

 

Network Health Monitoring

Call The PC Guy will monitor the health of your network to ensure that issues are caught early before they affect business productivity.

NOTE: Some of the services above may require an upgrade in your network router or other equipment/software.  If an upgrade is required, you will be asked to pay for the project, including the equipment and labor to install it.

 

Guaranteed Response Time

Call The PC Guy Bronze, Silver and Gold plans include a "guaranteed response time" for all service cases.  Your Call The PC Guy agreement defines the response times.

Bronze emergency response includes 4 hours time to respond to "emergency situations".

Silver emergency response includes 3 hours time to respond to "emergency situations".

Gold emergency response includes 2 hours time to respond to "emergency situations".

 

On-Site Service Included

When a service case cannot be resolved remotely, Call The PC Guy will dispatch an engineer on-site to your place of business to resolve the issue at no extra cost under a Call The PC Guy Gold plan.

1 Hour Free Service per month

Included with your Silver and Gold Service Agreement, you have an additional hour that can be used for other emergencies.

Remote Support Service
We have the tools to allow us to securely connect and manage your server or workstation 24/7. We can manage about 98% of all jobs remotely. We can quickly and easily fix issue without you even knowing there was a problem. In the long run, it saves you time and money from daily interruptions, so that your employees can continue to stay focus on their job.

 

Extended Hours

The Call The PC Guy helpdesk is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm, excluding U.S. National holidays.  Call The PC Guy Gold plans include extended helpdesk hours for urgent cases only.  An "urgent" service case is defined as downtime for three or more PC clients. 

No Rate Premiums for after hours service

After hour rates are time and half ($187.50) with a minimum of two hours to come out. With your service agreement, you are guaranteed rates at $100 with no minimum time to go out.

Service Agreements

Call The PC Guy provides Service Agreements to our customers because we believe many computer problems can be detected and resolved before they cause a major crisis for your business. An important part of our Service Agreement is our monthly system maintenance. By regularly reviewing system status and optimizing system performance, we can often detect system problems before they become a debilitating problem. Waiting until a failure occurs may cause a crisis for your business which means lost time and money. We want to help you avoid that loss. We do not guarantee that regular maintenance will prevent all hardware or software problems, however, we believe you will experience fewer problems with regular maintenance.

Along with the regular maintenance a Service Agreement provides your business with 1 hour of free non-maintenance service each month and remote service under 15 minutes at no charge. For additional service beyond what is offered at no cost, your business will receive preferred business rates saving you $25/hour on labor. Finally your business will enjoy priority response and scheduling for all your service needs. A Service Agreement is a sound investment in your business.
